    Zwicker & Associates PC is a national law firm that represents some of the largest creditors in the nation. Growing strong since 1991, Zwicker encompasses a large clientele ranging from major credit cards issuers to student loan collections.

    Position Summary                         

    Under the direction of the Vice President of Litigation Operations manage, monitor, and provide guidance and support to assigned branch Zwicker & Associates offices to ensure effective and efficient ligation results through standardized processes.

    Responsibilities

     

    Essential Functions  

             

    • Establish and monitor for compliance with firm procedures with respect to litigation operations
    • Audit branch office inventories for compliance with client / firm policies, including on-site audits
    • Review and follow-up on branch offices litigation inventory through review of RMS queries, reports and exception reports
    • Assist in office efficiencies in litigation operations
    • Respond to questions / problem cases in litigation
    • Firms liaison with respect to litigation matters with assigned clients
    • Supervise, mentor, and coach the management in assigned branch offices
    • Observe, participate in, and mentor branch offices management in employee development, annual reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions

    Minimum Qualifications                                                                                                           

    • Possess a law degree
    • Possess a law license in good standing
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of Collections / Creditors Rights
    • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    • Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively to assigned branch’s Office Management                             

    Physical Qualifications                                                                                                              

    • Be able to lift 5 lbs. or greater
    • Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times                                                                                          
    • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed                                                                  
    • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence       
    • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/ or in writing (e.g. applicants, managers, employees)                                    
    • Be able to operate a computer, phone and/or equivalent devices                                                    
    • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40 hour flexible workweek schedule including overnight and weekends
