    Zwicker & Associates PC is a national law firm that represents some of the largest creditors in the nation. Growing strong since 1991, Zwicker encompasses a large clientele ranging from major credit cards issuers to student loan collections.

     

    Position Summary                                                                                                                     

    This position is directly responsible for the oversight and quality control of the Document Services Departments located in Tempe, AZ (and potentially Concord, CA). The Document Services Departments are responsible for the processing on behalf of various Zwicker & Associates, P.C.’s locations of summon and complaint packages, default packages, post judgment remedies, and litigation skip trace activities. Responsible for fully understanding all functions for which is supervised as well as complete them where needed. Individual will answer day-to-day questions and assist management and staff as needed. Individual will be responsible for training, mentoring, and guiding employees and will actively participate in new hire selection, performance reviews, and performance improvements.

    • Oversee all Document Services Litigation work flows
    • Utilize exception reporting for missed opportunities
    • Control volume
    • Find and utilize members’ strengths to the benefit of the organization
    • Understand template programming
    • Ability to learn and perform any and all processes
    • Willing to work a long side any member when there is a need
    • Perform specific document production functions daily, weekly or as needed
    • Adheres to workplace and client specific compliance standards and requirements

    Minimum Qualifications                                                                                                           

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of Debt Collection Litigation / Creditors Rights including preparation of litigation documents, not telephone recovery experience
    • Supervisory experience
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office; Excel (formulas, if statements, vlook-up and filtering), Word (if statements/programming, macros), and Outlook
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Proven team building with results

    Physical Qualifications

    • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40 hour workweek and committed to putting in whatever time is necessary for results
