    General Summary:


    Zwicker is presently seeking a Recruiter with experience in a fast-paced environment to join the talent acquisition team will be based in our Northern California Office located in Concord.


    This position is directly responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).


    Essential Functions

    • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plans.
    • Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates.
    • Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
    • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates when necessary.
    • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
    • Manages internal job transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
    • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
    • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals. 
    • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employmentoffers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).

    • Manages application/resume file and retention within an Applicant Tracking System(ATS) and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) according to company policy.

    • Communicates with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g.applicants, managers, employees).

    • Adheres to workplace and client specific compliance standards.

    • Achieves position specific performance goals.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience utilizing HRIS system(s)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • National recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt positions
    • HRIS & ATS system(s) Maintenance Experience, iCIMS a plus


    Physical Qualifications

    • Be able to lift 5 lbs. or greater
    • Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
    • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
    • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
    • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groupsverbally and/ or in writing (e.g. applicants, managers, employees)
    • Be able to travel up to 25% of work time when needed by the most efficient means oftransportation
    • Be able to operate a computer, phone and/or equivalent devices
    • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40 hour flexible workweek schedule includingovernight and weekends
