    Zwicker & Associates PC is a national law firm that represents some of the largest creditors in the nation. Growing strong since 1991, Zwicker encompasses a large clientele ranging from major credit cards issuers to student loan collections.


    Position Summary:


    Zwicker & Associates is seeking a candidate to join the Collection Support team. Collection Support is responsible for performing adminstrative duties ona  daily basis, entering incoming communication (e-mail, fax, etc.), preparing a variety of letters, recording and verifying phone pays, and assisting Collection Managers as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a simiar role and in a fast-paced environment/call center. Collection Support will report to a Collection Manager in the Kentucky Office.




    • Capable of performing administrative duties
    • Ability to use office machines
    • Organizational skills
    • Efficient use the telephone
    • Properly verify phone payments
    • Distribute various daily/weekly/monthly reports to collectors and/or managers
    • All client and debtor information must be kept confidential




    • Collection or call center experience a plus
    • Must be computer literate, Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Above Average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Able to work efficiently on computerized systems
    • Ability to multi-task
