    Zwicker & Associates PC is a national law firm that represents some of the largest creditors in the nation. Growing strong since 1991, Zwicker encompasses a large clientele ranging from major credit cards issuers to student loan collections.

     

    Position Summary                                                                                                                     

    The role of the Client Relations Department is to serve as a liaison between Zwicker and our clients. Client Relations Associates are primary owners of a portfolio of client’s to ensure each client receives the utmost level of service. This is a fast paced environment and candidate must demonstrate problem solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions           

    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with departments and clients
    • Must have the ability to understand, document and report client related issues proficiently
    • A basic understanding of delinquent debt recovery and litigation flow management
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

    Minimum Qualifications                                                                                                           

    • Strong MS Office / Excel skills with query writing capabilities
    • Ability to work independently, but also as an integral part of a team
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid fast paced environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate matters

                                                        

    Preferred Qualifications                                                                                                           

    • Excellent client relation and or customer service skills; and
    • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management                                                                                                       

    Physical Qualifications                                                                                                              

    • Be able to lift 5 lbs. or greater                                                                                                                
    • Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times                                                                                          
    • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed                                                                  
    • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence       
    • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/ or in writing (e.g. applicants, managers, employees)                                    
    • Be able to operate a computer, phone and/or equivalent devices
    • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40 hour flexible workweek
