    Zwicker & Associates PC is a national law firm that represents some of the largest creditors in the nation. Growing strong since 1991, Zwicker encompasses a large clientele ranging from major credit cards issuers to student loan collections.


     


    SUMMARY


     


    The oversight of all work flows including the implementation of changes and ensuring of timeliness and accuracy with regard to incoming correspondence, document retention, and client media.

    Responsibilities

    Individual will be required to fully understand all functions for which is supervised as well as complete them where needed.  Individual will answer the day-to-day questions and assist the staff.  Individual will be responsible for training, mentoring and guiding employees. Individual will be responsible for all new hire processing, monthly training requirements for entire group, and completion of interview and background paperwork. Must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently while under time constraints.

    • Ability to effectively and professionally relate to and motivate others

    • Supervisory experience

    • Strong ability to multi-task

    • Strong working experience and knowledge within MS Word – specifically, mail merge.

    • Strong Excel knowledge including V-lookup and filtering

    • Strong work ethic & efficient problem solving skills

    • Ability to treat all staff equally and maintain confidences


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


     



    • Knowledge of civil litigation processes

    • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)


    PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS




    • Be able to lift 25 lbs. or greater



    • Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times



    • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed



    • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence



    • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/ or in writing (e.g. applicants, managers, employees)



    • Be able to operate a computer, phone and/or equivalent devices



    • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40 hour flexible
