    Zwicker & Associates PC is a national law firm that represents some of the largest creditors in the nation. Growing strong since 1991, Zwicker encompasses a large clientele ranging from major credit cards issuers to student loan collections.

    Responsibilities

     

    The responsibilities of the Data Processing Specialist position include, but are not limited to:

     

    Process daily inbound and outbound data files for both clients and internal departments.

    • Retrieving data files sent from internal departments or clients through, either Secure FTP sites, Websites, or Secure Mail
    • Processing data files through custom programs according to schedule
    • Reviewing data; resolving discrepancies by following standard procedures or escalating incomplete documents and data files to the team leader for resolution
    • Maintain archive files
    • Manual data entry 

    Qualifications

     

    Position requires:

    • Computer Skills; ability to type 40 WPM, managing folders
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word & Excel
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task 
    • Ability to efficiently communicate with others in person, over the telephone, by e-mail

     

     

    The following experience/ abilities preferred:

    • Knowledge of RMS
    • Team player, ability to work well with others is essential
    • Strong problem solving abilities
    • Attention to detail is necessary
