    General Summary:

     

    The Regional Vice President is a leader with the proven ability to see the vision and desired culture of the firm and drive frequent and continual organizational change and improvement to accomplishment superior performance; proven ability to formulate and execute strategic and organizational and operational plans to improve operational performance and support corporate goals.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

     

    • Oversees Collection operations for a region. Develops and implements strategies to exceed assigned performance targets; sets daily, weekly and monthly goals.
    • Manages assigned client relationships to develop and maintain strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service and build revenue
    • Manages performance objectives of Collections, Directors, Senior Managers and Collectors
    • Responsible for the Collections Department Structure and strategic assignment.
    • Ability to establish and maintain a culture of performance and compliance.
    • Assign, monitor and supervises the regions work load, collection practices, processes, documentation, and activities of department staff
    • Strict adherence to all regulatory and legal compliance with Federal and State credit and collection laws.
    • Performs planning, organizing, staffing, influencing and controlling functions to achieve operational effectiveness
    • Controls operational staffing expenses for profitability.
    • Establish and maintains “KPI’s” and insure all collectors perform at the highest level of competency, effectiveness, and professionalism while maintaining a high level of compliance
    • Provide leadership to the region to ensure continuous development, education and training of the staff on all tasks required for compliant and efficient legal collection operations
    • Develop reports and tools as required to monitor daily workflows and insure that each function is operating at peak performance levels in all areas.

    Qualifications

     

    Minimum Qualifications                                                                                          

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Third Party Collections Experience                          
    • Experience utilizing collections specific software and/or system(s)                                              

    Preferred Qualifications                                                                                           

    • Management Experience
    • Professional Collections Certification(s)
